Mudassar Khan leads NXT FIGHT on behalf of Four38, driving the platform's vision, strategy and long-term growth.
With more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across aviation, banking, healthcare and enterprise technology, he brings extensive expertise in building scalable digital platforms and strategic partnerships. Through NXT FIGHT, his focus is on creating the trusted digital infrastructure that connects the UAE's combat sports community and supports its continued growth.
Saima Amreen
Strategic Advisor, NXT FIGHT
Saima Amreen advises NXT FIGHT on strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaboration. She works closely with the leadership team to strengthen relationships with gyms, promoters and commercial partners, helping establish NXT FIGHT as the trusted digital platform for combat sports across the region.
Separately, Saima serves as Chief Executive Officer of FYYTR Sports, a combat sports apparel and equipment company, where she leads the organisation's commercial growth and brand strategy.
