By creating an account or using NXT FIGHT, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

Fighters under 18 require verified parental or guardian consent before their account is fully active. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

Accounts are tied to a role (fighter, coach, gym, or promoter) that determines the features available to you. You agree to use your profile honestly and not to impersonate others.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices, features, and billing cycles are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel a plan from your dashboard.

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. You grant NXT FIGHT a licence to host and display that content as part of operating the platform.

You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have permission to use.

Verification badges (such as gym-verified or admin-verified) reflect checks made at a point in time and are not a guarantee. We may grant, withhold, or revoke verification at our discretion.

Do not misuse the platform, including harassment, fraud, scraping, attempting to access other accounts, or interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXT FIGHT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

NXT FIGHT is a discovery and networking platform; it is not a party to any arrangement, bout, or transaction agreed between users.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required to protect the platform and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed by the client.)
