NXT FIGHT: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FYYTR Sports FZC LLC, operator of the NXT FIGHT platform ("NXT FIGHT", "we", "us"), governing your use of the NXT FIGHT website (nxtfight.com, app.nxtfight.com) and mobile apps (together, the "Platform"). For app-store purposes, these Terms also serve as the End-User Licence Agreement (EULA).

Please read carefully. They include an assumption of risk for combat sports, a limitation of our liability, and an indemnity.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Liability Waiver. If you are a fighter, you also agree to the Waiver's assumption of risk. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & age

  • All users must be at least 18 years old, except that fighters aged 16–17 may use the Platform only with verified parental/guardian consent as described in the Guardian Consent document.
  • No one under 16 may use the Platform.
  • You must be legally able to enter a binding contract, and you must comply with all laws that apply to combat sports and to you in your jurisdiction.
  • Some roles are not self-service: sponsor/partner placements are curated by us via the enquiry form, and federation access is granted by an administrator.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for keeping your credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must verify your email. Certain roles (fighter, coach, promoter) and minor accounts are not publicly visible until verified/approved by an administrator.
  • Fighters must provide truthful details, including age, weight, experience level and record. Misrepresenting your identity, age, experience or record is a serious breach of these Terms and may endanger others.
  • You may not share, sell or transfer your account.

4. Verification badges: what they mean and don't

The Platform offers verification badges (e.g. gym-verified, event-verified, admin-verified, federation-verified) and federation IDs. Verification is a best-effort administrative check of the information provided; it is not a guarantee of a person's identity, skill, medical fitness, licensing, or safety to compete. You must make your own judgement before training with, matching, booking, or competing against anyone.

5. Your content and licence

  • You keep ownership of the content you post (profile info, photos, videos, bios, etc.).
  • You grant NXT FIGHT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g. resize), publish and display your content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as required by law or already shared with others.
  • You warrant that you own or have the rights to everything you post, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that people shown in your media have consented.
  • Public profiles, rosters and event listings are public by design (see the Privacy Policy §4).

6. Acceptable use: prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • provide false, misleading or impersonated identity, age, experience or record;
  • post sexual, hateful, harassing, violent-threat, defamatory or illegal content;
  • harass, bully, dox, or endanger other users, including minors;
  • attempt to arrange, coerce or promote unsanctioned, illegal or unsafe fights;
  • upload malware, scrape the Platform, or circumvent security, rate limits or verification;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Events, matching & the platform's role

NXT FIGHT is a technology platform and information network: a place to build a profile, be discovered, list and find events, and connect. We are not a promoter, organiser, sanctioning body, matchmaker, manager, medical authority or insurer. We do not organise, supervise, sanction or guarantee any fight, training session or event listed or arranged through the Platform, and we are not responsible for what happens at them. Compliance with the rules of the relevant federation/commission, medical clearances, licensing, insurance and event safety are the responsibility of the participants, gyms, promoters and event organisers.

8. Combat sports & assumption of risk

Combat sports are inherently dangerous and can cause serious injury or death. By using the Platform as a fighter (or as the guardian of a minor fighter) you acknowledge and assume those risks and agree to the Liability Waiver, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Payments, subscriptions & the store

  • In Phase 1 the store operates on an affiliate / referral basis and we do not collect or process your payment-card details for store purchases.
  • Where paid subscription tiers or paid features are offered (e.g. gym plans), any payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms; fees, billing and refund rules for those will be presented at the point of purchase.
  • Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores' terms.

10. Third-party links & data

The Platform may link to or display data from third parties (e.g. BoxRec, social media, sponsor/partner sites). We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy or practices.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict, remove content, or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, false information, fraud, illegal activity, or to protect users or the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time (in-app or at app.nxtfight.com/delete-account). Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. content licence for already-shared content, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that profiles or records are accurate, or that any person is safe, skilled, licensed or medically fit to compete.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXT FIGHT and its owners, staff and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, death, loss or damage arising out of participation in combat sports, training, or events connected to the Platform, or from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NXT FIGHT and its owners, staff and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your breach of these Terms, or injury or damage you cause to any person.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app and/or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
