Account details you provide when registering: your name, email address, password, and the role you sign up as (fighter, coach, gym, or promoter).

Profile information you add, such as age, gender, city, disciplines, weight class, biography, taglines, gym affiliation, and social handles.

Media you upload (photos and videos) and, for fighters under 18, the parental/guardian consent documents you submit for verification.

Payment information when you purchase a plan, which is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

To create and operate your account, display your public profile, and power discovery features such as the fighter, gym, and coach directories.

To process verification requests and parental-consent reviews, to take payments, and to communicate with you about your account.

To keep the platform safe (preventing fraud and abuse) and to improve the service.

Uploaded media is stored in a private cloud storage bucket (Amazon S3). Files are served through short-lived, signed links rather than public URLs.

Guardian consent documents are treated as sensitive and are accessible only to NXT FIGHT administrators for the purpose of reviewing eligibility.

Fighters aged 14–17 may register, but their accounts remain gated until a parent or legal guardian provides consent and supporting documents, which an administrator reviews.

Consent documents are visible only to administrators and are used solely to verify eligibility to compete.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example, hosting, cloud storage, and payment processing) and only as needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of NXT FIGHT and its users.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. These are required for the platform to function.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
